The Story: Butter chicken is a classic Indian dish, and for good reason. However, ours is special because it's dairy free, which means there is no butter. Instead we use coconut milk and oil for a new take on the classic. We’ve also kicked up this medium spicy curry by adding chick peas and carrots. This dish goes excellent with rice, naan or quinoa.
