Ready to Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies


There's nothing 'batter' than freshly baked cookies. These cookies are gluten friendly and made with fresh ingredients; just like mum used to make!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Batter Than Mum's is a new gluten friendly bake-at-home dessert company founded by our sous-chef, Alex, and his partner, Donnelle (a former Farm'r employee!). 

Ingredients: gluten free 1:1 flour (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), chocolate chips, unsalted butter, brown sugar, cane sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt

Heating Instructions: Thaw cookies at room temperature on a parchment lined baking tray for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 325°F/163°C. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Please do not eat the cookies raw.

Portion: 350g. 6 scoops of cookie dough.
