Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we currently offer pickup from our Downtown Toronto location (140A The Esplanade) on Tuesdays between 10am and 3pm. Please come to our side door on our patio and call 416-901-8676 upon arrival!
When placing your order, you will need to enter a "Shipping Address" for the pickup option to populate.
It depends on the meal! For our pouches, we do recommend defrosting in the fridge overnight before cooking. If you're in a pinch though, most pouches are okay to be cooked from frozen. All tray items can be placed in the oven from frozen. We have cooking instructions on the back of all of our meals as well as in the description of each product page here on our website.
Please contact us immediately is you are not completely satisfied with any of your meals, service or delivery. We are happy to refund any meals that are not delicious within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund on the item. If greater than 30 days, but not longer than 90 days, we will issue you a store credit for any unsatisfactor items. For lost or missing order or items, please notify us immediately and we would love the opportunity to replace it or issue you a refund.
What does gluten friendly mean?
All of our meals are cooked in a commercial restaurant kitchen where we use products that contain gluten. We cannot guarantee that gluten is absent from any dish. However we try our best!
Can I add items to my order?
We are unable to add items to an existing order because we do not store your credit card information for security reasons. If you would like, you can place an additional order for the items you want to add. You can then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund of the delivery charge on the second order and we will happily refund it for you. Your orders will then be delivered together. We are only able to deliver the orders together and refund the delivery charge of the second order if the orders are scheduled to be delivered on the same day.
CASE is a service that collects black plastic containers, washes them, sanitizes them and provides them back to restaurants to reuse safely. You can find our collection box on our side patio Monday-Thursday between 8:00am and 3:00pm. We are located at 140A The Esplanade, just East of the St. Lawrence Market. Please make sure that all containers are washed and please stack the lids separately!
