Do the meals arrive frozen?
Yes, all meals sold and delivered through our online website are frozen to ensure freshness. How are frozen meals fresher? Well, rather than prepare our meals days ahead before your delivery and wait in the fridge, we freeze them immediately. This results in a fresher product when it arrives to your door. You can then keep the meals frozen and defrost when ready, or defrost right away and eat!
Do I have to defrost the meals before eating?

It depends on the meal! We have cooking instructions on the back of all of our meals as well as in the description of each product page here on our website.

How does your menu work? I can't find something...

We change our menu often which means sometimes items are sold out. If there is something you love, check back often or follow us to see when it returns. You can also ask us in the online chat (see the bot on the bottom right side of our website) or email us [email protected].

I am allergic to something, can you accomodate?

All of our meals are cooked in a commercial kitchens, so we cannot guarantee any particular allergen is absent from any dish. However, we try our best. We recommend if you have an allergy to let us know or ask so we can guide you on the best course of action when ordering our dishes. 

Where can I find ingredients and nutritional information?

Both can be found on each product page! Nutritional information will be shown as one of the product photos. Scroll down to find the ingredients - they'll be listed in the description! 


What is your refund and return policy?

Please contact us immediately is you are not completely satisfied with any of your meals, service or delivery. We are happy to refund any meals that are not delicious within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund on the item. If greater than 30 days, but not longer than 90 days, we will issue you a store credit for any unsatisfactor items. For lost or missing order or items, please notify us immediately and we would love the opportunity to replace it or issue you a refund.


What does gluten friendly mean?

All of our meals are cooked in a commercial restaurant kitchen where we use products that contain gluten. We cannot guarantee that gluten is absent from any dish. However we try our best!


Can I add items to my order?

We are unable to add items to an existing order because we do not store your credit card information for security reasons. If you would like, you can place an additional order for the items you want to add. You can then send an email to [email protected] requesting a refund of the delivery charge on the second order and we will happily refund it for you. Your orders will then be delivered together. We are only able to deliver the orders together and refund the delivery charge of the second order if the orders are scheduled to be delivered on the same day.
