Our Food, Made from Scratch

Our food is made fresh each day at our open kitchen by the St Lawrence market. We believe in transparency and not hiding our suppliers, ingredients or methods.

Our entire menu is Gluten Friendly (unless noted otherwise). Our vegetarian, vegan and dairy free items are noted below (we have lots!).

Our tortillas used in wraps are vegan, baked in Canada and supplied by Sonora Foods. They are made with wheat flour and contain gluten.
