Batter Than Mum's is a new gluten friendly bake-at-home dessert company founded by our sous-chef, Alex, and his partner, Donnelle (a former Farm'r employee!).
Ingredients: gluten free 1:1 flour (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), brown sugar, sultana raisins, dates, unsalted butter, walnuts, eggs, pecans, vanilla, baking soda, kosher salt, cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg
Heating Instructions: Thaw cookies at room temperature on a parchment lined baking tray for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 325°F/163°C. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Please do not eat the cookies raw.
Portion: 350g. 6 scoops of cookie dough.
