The Story: We designed this dish with the idea of an Italian inspired salad in mind. The starting point – balsamic dressing and heirloom cherry tomatoes. We added in some radicchio, pickled pepperoncini, red pepper. The base is oak leaf lettuce farmed in Toronto at Waterwheel Farms.
Topped with some kalamata olives and finished with fresh basil, this is a super versatile salad that will go with almost any meal.
