The Story: This stew is a meal itself with lamb, dried apricots, parsnip and carrots to fill you up. Inspired by the tagine cooking of Morocco, all the ingredients are stewed slowly to meld flavours and bring out the flavours. Great on its own to serve 2 as a stew, or you can serve it with mashed potatoes, rice or dip some crusy bread!
Ingredients: lamb, chicken stock (chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, rosemary, parsley, mushrooms, water), carrots, parsnip, canola oil, onion, dried apricots, garlic, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, ras el hanout, parsley, cilantro, cinnamon sticks, ginger, lemon zest, kosher salt, black pepper
Heating Instructions: Heat in saucepot until warm.
Portion: 700g. Arrives frozen. Serves 2.
