
The Story: This stew is a meal itself with lamb, sweet potato, parsnip and celery root to fill you up. Inspired by the tagine cooking of Morocco, all the ingredients are stewed slowly to meld flavours and bring out the flavours. Great on its own to serve 2 as a stew, or you can serve it with mashed potatoes, rice or dip some crusy bread!
Ingredients: Ontario lamb, chicken stock (chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, rosemary, parsley, mushrooms, water), celery root, parsnip, sweet potato, apricots, nutmeg, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, crushed chilies, black pepper, kosher salt, coriander, cinnamon, sumac, cilantro, parsley
Heating Instructions: Heat in saucepot until warm.
Portion: 700g. Arrives frozen. Serves 2.
