Lentil & Chickpea Falafels

The Story: In the early days of Farm'r, we set out to create a healthy super versatile vegan protein: our falafel is the result. Our baked not fried falafels are made with both lentils and chickpeas to provide a very complete source of protein and nutrients. Packed with herbs and spices, they are great on salads or grain bowls, with veggies, or on rice.

Accompanied by our Garlic Tahini, a vegan sauce so creamy that we often get asked if there is dairy in it. We build it with confit garlic, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, zaatar and lots of lemon!

Portion: Serves approximately 2-3 people (6 falafels).

How it Arrives: In an oven safe tray cold with heating instructions.
