Mongolian Beef & Broccoli

The Story: The name Mongolian Beef is a little deceiving, this popular stir fry actually has Taiwanese origins.  The perfect mix of slight sweet and sour with a hit of ginger and garlic, our version is loaded with broccoli, peppers and scallions for a great healthy meal.  Enjoy over rice or noodles. 

Portion: Serves approximately 1-2 people.

How it Arrives: Fresh, vacuum sealed and cold with heating instructions

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes. Or heat in sauce pot with a lid. Simmer low for about 15 minutes. Add water if sauce gets too thick.
