Batter Than Mum's is a new gluten friendly bake-at-home dessert company founded by our sous-chef, Alex, and his partner, Donnelle (a former Farm'r employee!).
Ingredients: gluten free 1:1 flour (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), unsalted butter, molasses, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, salt, black pepper
Heating Instructions: Thaw cookies at room temperature on a parchment lined baking tray for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F/177°C. Bake cookies for 12-14 minutes. Please do not eat the cookies raw.
Portion: 350g. 6 scoops of cookie dough.
