Red Velvet Cookies

Made by our friends at Batter Than Mum's

Donnelle and Alex have been together over a decade after meeting in the restaurant industry. Throughout their years of baking and cooking together (including at Farm'r back in our restaurant days!) they dreamed of having a business of their own. Alex was diagnosed with celiac disease later in his teenage years, leaving him searching for replacements... but nothing quite stacks up to a fresh baked treat. They decided to take matters & batters into their own hands to create nostalgic baked goods.

Ingredients: gluten free 1:1 flour (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, sugar, callebault white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour) butter, egg, cocoa, corn syrup, sugar, glycerin, water, red 40, modified corn starch, agar gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium citrate, baking powder, vanilla extract, cream of tarter, kosher salt, baking soda 

Heating Instructions: Thaw cookies at room temperature on a parchment lined baking tray for 10-15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 325°F/163°C. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Please do not eat the cookies raw.

Portion: 350g | 6 scoops of cookie dough

Serving Suggestions: While you can obviously dunk these in your favourite milk, if you're feeling extra indulgent try pairing a couple cookies with a scoop of ice cream. Ice cream sandwiches anyone?
