Ingredients: coconut milk 63.9%, red curry paste (dried red chili, Thai garlic, fully refined soybean oil, lemongrass, shallot, galangal, coriander, salt, kaffir lime, shrimp paste(shrimp (crustacean), salt), sweet basil leaves, white pepper powder) 8.7%, water 7.5%, sugar 5.1%, red chili 3.2%, fish sauce (anchovy (fish), salt, sugar) 2.8%, garlic 2.8%, fully refined soybean oil 1.6%, shallot 1.4%, sweet basil leaves 0.8%, kaffir lime 0.8%, coriander 0.65%, finger roots 0.55%, salt 0.1%, cumin powder 0.1%.
Heating Instructions: In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Red Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil. Add your protien of choice and optional vegetables. Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
Portion: 285 mL | serves 2-3 people.
