Slow Roasted Ribs

The Story: Ribs are a BBQ superstar—they impress your family and guests, taste great, and are fun to eat. But who has the time to slowly cook and smoke ribs for hours? We do!

Our ribs come from Duroc hogs, a heritage breed, and are slow cooked and smoked to perfection. Crusted in a Cowboy Spice Rub, a coffee-based seasoning that was popularized in the days of the Wild West (hence the name). Picture cookouts over the open fire. The result is a rib good enough to eat on it’s own, but we also include our Maple BBQ for additional flavour.

Portion: Half rack serves approximately 1-2 people. Full rack serves approximately 3-4 people We recommend adding a salad to make it a full meal.

How it Arrives: Cooked but cold, in a foil container ready to be heated in the oven

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Maple Barbecue Ingredients: tomatoes, molasses, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, bay leaves, smoked paprika, cider vinegar, salt, black pepper
