Ontario Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients: ontario strawberries, gluten free 1:1 flour (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), ontario rhubarb, unsalted butter, brown sugar, sugar, gluten-free rolled oats, kosher salt

Heating Instructions: From frozen, bake at 400°F/204°C on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes. If you desire more colour, set oven to broil for 1-2 minutes - just be careful to avoid burning! Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
