Veggie Coconut Curry

Ingredients: tomato puree (tomatoes, citric acid), chickpeas (chick peas, water, salt, disodium EDTA), white onion, water, roasted carrot (carrots, canola oil (canola oil, BHA, BHT, dimethylpolysiloxane (an anti-foaming agent), kosher salt, black peppercorns), coconut milk (coconut milk 99.95%, polysorbate 60), red lentils, garlic, ginger, cane sugar, kosher salt, cilantro, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar, acetic acid), kashmiri chili, garam masala (coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cumin, cardamom, black peppercorns)

May contain traces of sesame, soy, wheat, gluten, sulphites, peanuts and tree nuts.

Heating Instructions: Stove or Microwave: Remove contents from pouch and heat until warm throughout. This meal is fully cooked. Do not heat or microwave this pouch. Can be cooked from frozen. For best and quickest results, defrost prior to heating.
