Yellow curry is made from a fully-rounded mixture of ingredients like coriander seeds, cumin, lemongrass, galangal or ginger, garlic, and red chili. It is a creamy, somewhat sweet curry with a little bit of spice.

Heating Instructions: In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil. Add your protien of choice and optional vegetables. Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
