Delivery FAQs

I'm in the area, can I just pick up my order?

Absolutely! On top of that, we offer a 10% discount with the code PICKUP. You will see the option for pickup in Shipping options on the checkout page. You will be asked to enter a shipping address (but the address doesn't matter). We will have your order ready during our opening hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are located just east of the St Lawrence Market at 140A The Esplanade.

 

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery to many cities across Ontario! See the map above for the minimum spending required based on city or town.


On the day of my delivery, when will my order arrive?
Zone 1: You will receive a text at 8am the day of your delivery. Your 2 hour delivery window will be available as soon as the delivery driver leaves our store (around 10am).

 

Zone 2: We aim to have your order delivered before 9pm on Monday. You will receive a text that reads: "Fare Delivery wants to send SMS updates for your upcoming delivery. To receive the updates just this once, reply '1'. To receive this update, and all future updates about deliveries, reply '2'. (You may opt-out at any time.) 2msgs/delivery. Std msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help STOP to stop.". Reply 1 if you would like to receive tracking information.

 

Text messages will be sent to the shipping phone number provided (not billing).


What if I cannot be home to accept the delivery?
If you are not home, that's okay! Our meals are sent frozen in an insulated box, so they're okay to sit out of the freezer for an extra hour or two. Please provide us with as much info as possible so our drivers know exactly where they should leave your order.

 

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed?

If for whatever reason we come to your home but cannot deliver the order, there will be a $12 charge for a second delivery (sorry, delivery is expensive for us). We will not issue any refunds if we cannot complete a delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are left for a long period of time after delivery.
